73 - Series round-up
I think we are all sensing that the atmosphere is changing. We're not fully out of lockdown, I guess, but I feel like it is the right time to round up this series of blog posts and acknowledge things are changing. We hope you enjoyed 'How to live as a Christian in uncertain times.' We will post regularly, but perhaps not every day. And we hope to continue to make use of other social media, particularly to connect with non-Christians who are enquiring about things. Please pray for that. My thanks to all those who have contributed blogs, and to you for reading and engaging.
My challenge to you is to consider what Jesus has taught you since COVID began.
Remember how we all felt that night lockdown was announced? That sense of urgency and concern? That sense that life was fragile and the world had just been shaken?
Let that inform how we now live. 'And do this, understand the present time: The hour has already come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed.' Romans 13:11
As with all suffering, let's invest it for Jesus and not waste it.
Of course we will continue blogging, but we now await the new normal. Whatever that is, it will be good with the Lord God.
